Dadpe pohe is a Maharashtrian recipe that gives an amazing twist to everyday flattened rice. It is slightly sweet, slightly spicy and little tangy. Dadpe pohe is a best mix of all the flavours. Dadpe pohe is great for breakfast as well as an evening snacks with some tea.

Ingredients
1) Flattened rice – 2cups
2) Onion(chopped) – 1cup
3) Wet coconut (grated) – 3/4cup
4) Coconut water – 3/4cup
5) Oil – 1&1/2tbsp
6) Mustard seeds – 1&1/2tsp
7) Asafoetida – 1/4tsp
8) Curry leaves – 12 to 15
9) Chilli (chopped) – 2
10) Sugar – 1&1/2tsp
11) Lemon juice – 1tbsp
12) Salt to taste
13) Coriander leaves for garnishing
